INCLUDING is a Cluster of RN practitioners, operators/managers of training facilities, demonstration sites, and testing workbenches and innovation developers (academia, research centres, industries, SMEs) structured in order to provide affordable RN resilience through advanced managing of training infrastructure and better integration of innovative solutions and methodologies in prevention and response systems for enhancing the safety of European citizens.

The Ministry of National Defence of Greece (HMOD) enacts the National Defence Policy for the government of Greece including civil protection, crisis management, search and rescue operations, humanitarian aid and social and environmental research. Consequently HMOD provides the full CBRN operational spectrum (detection, identification, personnel, decontamination, triage procedures and emergency medical support) and was deployed to the 2004 Olympic Games. HMOD has accumulated extensive expertise and experience from deployments with toxic industrial material/chemical incidents and has substantial experience of large-scale training exercises. Continuing a successful field demonstration exercise for IDIRA (FP7 project); the next field exercise will be for the benefit of TOXI-Triage project.

Activities in Including

Work Package 5 - Leader - Joint Actions at the Facilities Network: HMOD is leading WP5 by coordinating the joint actions at the facilities network. In parallel HMOD will plan, organize and execute a demonstration in the HNTC, Skaramagkas Naval Base.
